A Better Future
The All-Nets Foundation uses basketball to connect with teens and young adults, then helps them build practical skills for life beyond the court.
Through Life Design and conflict-resolution experiences, young people learn to make thoughtful decisions, communicate through conflict, set goals, and see possibilities beyond their present circumstances.
The Founder's Story
Steve McRae knows what it means to have life rewrite your script. In 2016, he became a victim of gun violence — an event that left him paralyzed but refused to leave him defeated. From a wheelchair, Steve built a new mission: LOVE & LIFE DESIGN, a framework that teaches young people how to design their lives before the streets design them first.
Steve doesn't speak at youth — he sits with them, shares his scars, and proves that your worst day does not get the final word. The All-Nets Foundation is his answer to the question every survivor asks:
“How do I make sure this doesn't happen to the next kid?”
